About Us

Jon Foulkrod, CPA, graduated from Thiel College in 1984. Upon graduation, Jon went to work for the accounting firm Touche Ross. He moved on to a career on the financial side of the health care industry before becoming a partner in the accounting firm of Birchard & Foulkrod, LLP from 1997 through 2004. In January of 2005, he became president of our firm, Foulkrod & Associates, Inc. Jon is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPA’s. In addition he serves on a number of community boards and has remained active in the community.

Ashley Foulkrod-Olson, CPA, MBA, graduated from St. Bonaventure University in May 2011. She joined the family business immediately after graduation and obtained her CPA license in January 2013. Ashley is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPA’s. Ashley lives in Edinboro with her husband and three kids. She serves as a School Director for the General McLane SD, and a volunteer coach for Erie Youth Soccer Association.

Dan Foulkrod serves as Office Manager at Foulkrod & Associates, Inc.

Jill Wingler has been with the Foulkrod & Associates team since June 2021 as our payroll specialist. Jill has a degree in Marketing from West Virginia Wesleyan College. When she’s not processing payroll, she’s actively involved in Edinboro Community Church, Little Lancer Cross Country and the many other community activities.

Meredith Schickling joined Foulkrod & Associates in November 2023. She has been doing bookkeeping and payroll since 1994. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing and camping. She resides in Conneautville with her husband and three dogs.

Stacy Detore started at Foulkrod & Associates as an Administrative Assistant in January 2024. She comes to the firm with almost 15 years working various roles in the banking industry and has worked in customer service throughout her entire career . Outside of the office, Stacy loves beach glass hunting, reading, and watching movies.

Josh Frano joined Foulkrod & Associates in January 2025.
